I have been cheated by Razer. To purchase RM20 STEAM , i have to pay more than RM20!! I thought at first, for RM20, i'm gonna get RM 23.8 wallet value. but it's the other way round! I'm so stupid to buy from this stupid Razer!

You're getting cheated by your own. It's already stated in the payment section before you're making payment unless you did not double checked before making payment.

Both of you can top-up Steam using your respective bank to avoid extra charges.
I didn't think you could spend Gold on Steam? Maybe only certain countries?

You are right, i should've checked. But excited at first because trusting Razer would be nice to customer.
I also think it depends on the coutries too
