Reloding payment failed.

Hi I m from india.. when i m buying gold throught a paytm payment, it alwys gives me a error- reloading payment.. and after that when i have checked my account the gold coin still the remaine same.. And when i have tried this first time it worked normally. But for the second time its not working at all.. Please help me out.
