I want to reset or bypass Two-Factor Authentication linked to my old broken phone. The Customer Service provided a live chat link but all it did was redirect me to “Warranty Support” in which obviously did not help.
P.S.: If possible, I want to remove Two-Factor Authentication or even the OTP. I want my Razer Gold Experience to revert back in MOL points when it was simpler. I did not wish this to be this strict. All it did was to make me frustrated, confused, and so sad that I am considering abandoning Razer Gold. I missed discount opportunities because of this. Every single time since they made it this strict. I used to love it when it was simpler MOL points but now they made it unnecessarily strict for me.
