So was wondering why you are revoking keys?  You advertised something and took money and gave the keys only to have them revoked within hours.  How are you going to give everyone who purchased legal keys from your website or will all people that had their keys revoked need to contact our companies for services not rendered?

 

I forgot to add that you revoked the keys and the gold is still not back so you are in the place really close to what would be considered fraud.

Also where the F is your support people?  Your support chat must be in India with the GMT+8. How about you have better hours since it seems that you decided to do this right as they left for the day.

My “Resident Evil 7 Gold Edition & Village Gold Edition” steam key also revoked and my acc is warned by valve. Where is my real key or refund my money asap.


Same thing happened to me and hundreds of others. The deal was featured on a very popular subreddit so a lot of people were effected by this. I would like my games back at the agreed upon price.

I forgot to add Razer that you might want to look at your moderators on your subreddit r/razer.  They are stating things that are making the situation worse like “This situation sucks but some of y'all are being some serious karens calling for legal action because you cant immediately get a new $70 game for $7 from a service you never used.” Here is the link to the comment (https://www.unddit.com/r/razer/comments/125vjba/purchased_a_game_on_razer_gold_key_got_revoked_no/je6om1h/) which was by your moderator Zhaopow and they have blindly been banning people talking about this on that subreddit.  You are batting 1000 right now with what has happened and what you are allowing on your subreddit. 


Was trying to get keys, they charged me, said it was cancelled, then just put it back in gold.

 

That's not what I was paying for... If you aren't going to give me what I paid for, give me a refund... Absolutely ridiculous...


You have now in almost 20 hours not even replied to my ticket.  YOu know what you did wrong and many people have already been told conflicting stories.  Fix your system.
