Rixty method not working

i was tryin to reload gold with rixty. But it shows failed to reload.

I'm having the same issue I have used rixty in the past with no issues but now all the sudden it says "failed to reload" regardless of the value I enter! I very much doubt I will be purchasing any more rixty or zGold/MOL points. After this experience, I would much rather have just put the money on something like PayPal, then have funds on rixty that I cannot access!
