no one can answer my question until now Today i try redeem razer naga it say redemption limit problem my question is every how long time this limit rest The 2 items i want order Razer kiyo and razer naga and both i cant

Hi ama5555, Did you redeem any of those item before previously? Razer Kiyo is limited to 1 redemption per wallet. Razer Naga Trinity is limited to 2 redemption per wallet. If you never redeem any of those item, can you send me the screenshot showing the error message?

Yes i redeem them My question is When the limit will be rest I use razer gold too too much and have too many points mire than the limit for items So this limit will stay like this for ever or it rest ever 2 or. 3 month and become 0 for me to redeem again

Hi ama5555, From what I know, it will become 0 for you as for now to avoid some issues. As for now, it's not able to confirm if this is available back for you to redeem or not as all redemption limit is subject to their decision. I will check with someone see if I can get more info about this.

Hi ama5555, They informed me that for the time been there is no redemption limit reset and please stay tune official website if there are any changes in the near future. I hope this clarified you for that issue.
