Silver Reward removes free shipping?

Hi, if you redeem your silver for an product you get an code. at the cart you put the code and you only need to pay shipping( around 10 dollars). If you redeem silver for a discount, the total should be more than 1 dollar, shipping then needs to get added. You can only use ONE code at your cart, you can't use multipele codes

What I want to do is get a Silver reward item and a Junglecat at the same time. Junglecat is already 120€ and there is free shipping over 90€. But from what I understand, I still need to pay shipping if I get Junglecat+Silver item in the same cart. Is that the case?

Well, shipping price depends on your country: when I ordered Blackwidow v2, shipping was around 50 € (I am from Croatia). So 10 $ is acceptable if you ask me.

The best answer you can get is by sending a ticket to the Razer Support with this question. Logical answer would be that you shouldn't pay any shipping, but that's not often the case.

No. I used a voucher for an Atheris when I ordered another mouse and I got free shipping on both items as long as the cart total exceeds the free shipping cut off. For me my total was around $90 for 2 Deathadders and I got the Atheris put into the cart and still qualified for free shipping. Keep in mind this was atleast 1 year ago so things might not be the same but I dont see any reason why your free shipping would be cancelled.
