Silver rewards not available in Portugal???

Hello. I was trying to withdraw a reward with my silver but Portugal is not available as an available country to withdraw my prize! Can someone from the staff tell me what's happening please?

You can send the item to a friend in another country and advise them to send it to you. Other wise you can redeem for a game or application. Although RAZER is a global company, the delivery destination is limited. This is something which the country and their government need to sort out with RAZER. Import and Export business between the country and the supplier

But Razer Silver was available in Portugal 2 months ago, I don't know what's happening right now :(

So RAZER.com shopping is available for Portual. It seems RAZER zGold and zSilver for Portugal is not listed. Something which the country and RAZER zGold and zSilver department need to sort out.
