Problem solved, I will keep the post up for anybody who is having the same issue as I am, big thank you too A_Monologue for the help, razer did not steal my money, it was a issue with paypal counting it as fraud.



I have submitted a ticket, but I need this gold by today.


I have so much experience on this issue you are facing right now, hope I can help you in any kind.



First I want to say, hide your transaction ID!!! Don't show them to anyone except for Razer Support.



Then you may want to read this post:

And all the failed transactions will show pending on your VISA or Paypal, but they'll refund it in a week. So, don't worry your money will not be stolen.



Here is what they will tell you when you submit the ticket:

This usually happens when your payment or wallet information does not match, or when unusual activity is detected. Please be assured that these systems are in place to protect you against fraud. If funds were deducted from your credit card or bank account for the declined transaction, rest assured that this is just an authorization held by your bank and they will typically release the funds within the next few working days. We can also confirm that payment was not collected by Razer since the transaction has failed.



I understand and empathize with how this disappointing this might be but fret not, you can still complete your purchase without a hitch, as we offer many other payment methods in your region such as:

I had the same problem, and I used 6 months to find out why and how to avoid it.

I hope I can help you to address this problem because it really annoyed me before.

No, I don't have too much time to play video games. I only play a few, maybe the popular ones

I think it was the behavior that got detected as fraud or unauthorized, the first one went through. OK.

And it takes time to process the first order, you can not reload again before the first order is been completed.

That's just my own opinion
