I mistakenly selected other regions while opening my account I've contacted the support on here but still yet to receive a reply

They will reply to you within 5 days and help you to change your regions, just be patient
Or you can start a new account , emmm yea

But I don't recommend you to create a new account. If you registered your product, you should not do it. it's hard to move warranties to new one.
