I found many guys faced unexpected error when they try to pay with razer goid, then they can’t receive the sms. you can try to complete your personal info in the razer ID page, then the problem might be fixed, at least it works for me, hope that helps.

    i cant even complete my personal info due to that unexpected error showing up for requesting otp to complete it
