Please help me. I cannot upgrade my zgold account. My account was detected as zgold left in the wallet.


  • I clicked proceed, get started and then
  • Do not have MOL acc and mark check box and then

  • Cannot log into razer service account and it said

    "Something went wrong. Please try again later."

yah right ... so far i'm totally dissapionted:

1. i select euro ( no country guide what is best to select during the upgrade process )

2. try to buy gold with paypal ( as before ) :
- for same amount of 80 usd value i need ( cost 8000 zGold before), now i need 71 gold , BUT i should pay more in the end ( as paypal currency convertor show in final step )
- all buying attempts end with transaction pending BUT transaction history remain empty ... no fund taked or hold on bank account... and if i don't take manually screenshot i have no prove of anything.

3. So, buy with paypal = is a total failure so far, and if a transaction should take 2-3 working days, then what is the point to use gold anymore ? until i succede to get gold my game bonus can expire ... also other online payments are instantly ( as zGold use to be )

.... so where are the improvements ? because i only get problems.

P.S. i was using in the past zGold with paypal and was just fine, so is not first time ....

They totally just nerfed the zSilver system from what it started out as, could of been a very good thing but for now I am just more disappointed!

The lack of option for UK £ as a currency bothers me with this new system.
Can't just select Europe and deal with Euros, because not everything that works regionally in Europe works in the UK. They really need to add more currencies.

my too, i tried through VISA and its pending from two days!

I reloaded with skrill and the amount was deducted from my skrill account however, i did not receive the gold and the transaction is pending from razer's side. Its not even showing in the razer transaction list. On my skrill account it says it's already processed. Please help, sent a ticket and PM moderators. Still not getting any resolutions to this issue.

Is there other ways for someone like me that games on Razer Phone 2, how can I earn more silver? Is there tourney's coming to mobile , maybe like pubg ? Or like if we play a game a certain amount of time then can earn more, instead for the logs in and playing for more than 3min for 2 games

I think that we should be happy that P2P is back and not become too greddy (without being rude to you).

P2P was stopped because of abuses like multi-accounts.
IMO Razer will keep an advertise eye on what happens and then, choose to upgrade (or maybe downgrade) the daily amount, they could even bring another way as Softminer is (even if i cannot use it :frown_:)
