The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. The game may not be up there as a GAME itself, but the world? It’s a real trip. I would love to be a part of that. Being a powerful mage one moment and a simple bread maker the other. It’s perfect. (having my modded follower buddies would be a massive plus)

Red Dead Redemption 2 :)

Beautiful nature, cities, various locations from snowy mountains, swamps, to beach and overall atmosphere of the game (the end of XIX century) :)

I would go into the world of Watch Dogs! I love technology and coding, so the thought of being a crazy good hacker would be pretty cool!
