Sometimes the best games aren’t the ones we plan for—they’re the surprise finds we stumble across while browsing, through a friend’s recommendation, or even by pure accident.

Did you discover a hidden gem this season that totally pulled you in? Whether it’s a charming indie title or a long-overlooked classic, we want to hear all about it!

Dogwalk!

It’s free on steam and is a short little indie game where you are large dog literally dragging you tiny human child in tow by your leash as you ran around!

For me, Time Flies is a unique game isn’t the ones I plan for, a bite-sized, low-stress puzzler where you live a fly’s entire life, checking off tiny bucket-list goals and meeting many creative ends.

Thought you mean dog walk IRL :D

Thank you, Njord. I’m the winner for this round, good luck to the person in the next round. 😁

This season, I accidentally stumbled upon “Hades” while browsing through game recommendations, and wow—it completely blew me away! I wasn’t expecting much at first, but the mix of fast-paced action, storytelling, and rogue-like mechanics hooked me instantly. The characters and dialogue are so well-written that it kept me coming back even after multiple runs.

It’s rare to find a game that’s both challenging and emotionally engaging like this, and I’m really glad I gave it a chance by accident!
