      My favorite side quest was fighting Red in Pokemon Gold. It was a great hidden boss that gave a real challenge and had me beat the person who I played from the first Pokemon game!

      The Red Baron quest line in Witcher 3 has stuck with me for YEARS because damn that’s dark...just anger and heart break the whole way through...

      It would definitely be Gwent from The Witcher 3. The side quest is quite captivating and rewarding and it made my the entire journey worth it.

      One side quest that really stuck with me is the Strangers and Freaks missions in GTA V, especially the ones with Trevor. They are chaotic, funny, and totally unexpected. Sometimes they feel more memorable than the main story because they show how weird and alive Los Santos really is.
