It has been quite a while since last time I saw any razer gear that is available for redemption. I tried to contact customer service but never got meaningful responses. Anyone, please let me know, if the redemption would be back.

+1You still can redeem your silver for a Razer Gear. But before you’ll do it - check if the item that you want to get - is available on Razer store.
I don’t know which store you are talking about, but in the U.S. razer gold website, there is no choice. But in the razer store, anything I saw can be ordered. The situation has lasted, I don’t remember, but for around a year.
