why the pin don't redeem

i buy two pins for league of legends and both two pin show that isn’t redeem in your country???

i buy it at razer sg and use it in league of legends sg2 server

how can the pin invalid

i try to find support but they just say it is because you use in wrong server like that

when i send the screenshot of my account to prove that i use it in the corresponding server they just asking the transaction id repeatedly even i just sent it before

and then they just say that your question are solved and then they don’t reply to my message
