Wire Transfer Slovenia

Can someone help me with a wire transfer in Europe? For some reason there is no option for a credit card / paypal on the store.................. And I can't complete the payment via wire transfer if I don't have the adress of the bank and razers account............. I went to my bank as my order says, but they said Razer is supposed to send me ALL of the details, I used a 10€ voucher on the order as well.... Can someone help? Their live chat support only transfered me...
