This is English forum with no Japanese support, but sounds that you have problem with buying Razer Gold COD (I don’t know if it’s call of duty the game or cash on delivery, I think the later) but the coin isn’t shown up even after 4 hours your payment being charged, if I’m correctly understand. Maybe contact support, some staff or other vanguard can help you better, I’m not specified with Razer Gold.
