Basilisk Ultimate charging dock
I can't seem to get my charging dock to work. I've followed the directions in the manual but to no avail. I know the cable works as it's plugged directly into my mouse and charging the mouse fine. Any advice?

Check if the cable is securely plugged in and go to the device manager if the driver of your charging dock is detected. Try to reinstall the driver for further isolation. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and look for other steps to help you address the connection issue.
