Hello, I need help with my Blackwidow Elite keyboard. It is stuck in the demo mode, where the keys light up in rainbow colors and it does not accept any input. I have tried contacting customer service, but it said that no one is available.
Also, the volume wheel/media buttons stop working entirely a bit after a reboot.
Please help me out, these issues have been reccuring and quite irritating.

Hello, does anyone have the solution to the issue? I cannot contact customer support, and I do not want to have to undo my cable management to free up and return this keyboard.
