I can't get the realtek audio console to open. I got the Razer Hammerhead BT and the sound quality is awful. If I try to use them with a game and Discord I don't get any game audio. I have tried installing the Realtek HD audio drivers and it gets stuck in a install reboot uninstall reboot loop. Any idea how to get this fixed?

    talked to support and their answer was to do a factory restore. LOL what a joke. Factory reset to make their headset work with their laptop.
