Fully charged  > yes my complaint was no audio on wireless mode and not “not turning on”

Tried diff USB ports > even better I tried multiple USB ports on 3 diff windows machines same results

Wireless is working now, what I did was I inserted jack half way in as I was powering it on , figured that there is something funky with the jack hole as it was the trigger initially

I really think that something has shorted out, As just a an hour ago I turned it on and it was back to da same problem again no wireless audio by using the dongle .

Then I did the same thing again I inserted jack half way in as I was powering it on and then audio is working again on wireless

So clearly something inside has broken down by simply using it by design as intended wear and tear ?

Is there any more in-dept instructions can you provide maybe that includes disassembling it ? on a PCB level maybe A resistor or a capacitor to replace ?

Maybe if you can ask the engineering team what could be the trigger for a 3 yr old BSv2pro wireless go out completely by switch between wired and wireless mode multiple times ?

This is a good R&D analysis right here you could use .

I’m using it right now and it’s working fine even if I turned it off and back on again confirmed working but now that it happened to me twice already, I’m afraid tomorrow it will happen again

Hello FuzzCeater19,

Just to confirm, is the headset fully charged and turned on? Just to confirm, is the headset fully charged and turned on? Try to use a different USB port on your computer to isolate the problem. You can also follow the troubleshooting steps here. Should the problem persist, please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other model-specific workarounds. All the best!
