I bought razer seriren on November last year via shopee.

I tried to registered this microphone for a warranty in the razer website but it said that my product has already been registered.

I would like a help to cancel the registration that I did not do it myself.

Could someone help me please?

I still have a purchase evidence with me if you wanna check.
