I really do not know what to do, I am trying to find the place the email or phone number I need to contact for warranty, since I have owned the mouse for less than two years and I cannot find anything that will help me in that regard.

Also, have you tried to reset mouse to default settings, also connect it to other PC without Synapse installed, to check if the button will work or not.
