Hi, I have a brand new Forge TV that I just took out of the box after four years. It started up, showed the Razer logo for a few minutes, then went to these spinning/bouncing Google colored dots (red, blue, green, yellow) and stayed there for about ten minutes. Then it said "Optimizing apps 1/2" and when it finished that, went back to the Google dots. Stayed on the dots for about an hour, then I unplugged it and plugged it back in. Razer logo, and back to the Google dots. It's been another hour, nothing is happening. What's going on and what can I do?
