Head set cutting out.

Im still struggling to find the problem for my head set cutting out. It cuts out at high frequencies. and solutions ?

Which headset do you have? Does the problem also occur without Synapse in the background? You can follow the steps on this page to fix the issue. But if the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your headset. I can verify the model of your device and look into other possible fixes for this with the help of it.
