How To Remove a Device from Synapse 3? | Razer Insider
Skip to main content
I have had Razer's Firefly for quite a while now and had no problems with it. Recently I purchased Tartarus V2 and the Firefly's lights started flickering. It happens once or twice every few minutes but it's quite noticable. After some analyzing I discovered it's got nothing to do with Tartarus, but with Synapse. Before I never installed it, but now I need it for Tartarus, so it affects Firefly too. I'm using Spectrum Cycling, so I have no need for Synapse from Firefly's perspective and would like to remove it from Synapse, so it's not affected by it.

Basically I just want the lighting to work and having Synapse installed is messing it up... and as far as I know, I can't have it connected without Synapse detecting it.

Can anybody tell me how to do that? Or maybe there's some other options out there that I didn't think of?

Thank you.
I had the same issue. I've been reading on forums and it seems that the issue has been here for a year or more, without a solution. I read that it is a razer synapse 3 problem. If you are using this version of synapse, try with synapse 2 instead
