So I bought 3 replacement batteries for my v3 mouse. And everytime the mouse low(flashing red twice) i replace the battery. And the mouse still low on battery. How does these batteries below the mouse work ? ( v3 basilick pro mouse)
Awe rats. I thought the charging pucks were the actual battery. I bought a second puck because I use my mouse for both work during the day and gaming at night. Razer why.

When you say below the mouse it sound like you are talking about the removable disk that comes with the wireless hyperspeed dock for wireless charging. Those disks or pucks as some people call them are not the battery, they are the wireless charger receivers, they just collect the power through induction charging and then charge the battery with it through the metal contacts. There is no power storage in the disks.
Hope this helps!
Agreed I assume you’re talking about the wireless charging puck, not a battery sorry mate
