i got a razer blackshark v2 and it just doesnt work reinstalled my audio drivers got six new cords 135$ down the drain thanks razer.
Does the same behavior happen while connecting the headset to another USB port or PC? If this is the BlackShark V2, did you check the issue while connecting and using the headset via a 3.5mm port on your PC or other devices? When and where did you buy the headset? If it’s within the warranty period, I recommend utilizing its limited hardware warranty and requesting a replacement through your reseller/merchant.
