i have two issue with blade 2019 advanced

1. display has flickering when anytime..intermittently. not black out... yellowy(?). * Usually.. it occurs when injecting USB devices. 2. i am using a extend monitor though USB-C. it is disconnected intermittently with a disconnection sound. and then sometimes connected again or not connected. * I guess, both issues was related same reason. such as power..

Hello there! Can you share a short video of the issue so we can take a closer look? Also, have you tried updating the Thunderbolt 3 driver? If not yet, please do and let me know how it goes.

in first video, 00:05, 00:11 ~ in second video, 00:03 ~ this video was recorded when plug in and out a USB memory. you can see like flashing the screen.. In reality, it is more prominent. it seem to be lost a power in a moment. it happen when plugging in and out a USB Device or the power cable and sometimes doing a heavy works. and, i set the windows's power profile as the 'high performance' and i set mode in Razer Synapse as the 'Game'.

in addition, i've got update almost drivers in the Support Page of the Razer website and the latest GeForce driver.

Thanks for the videos. How about reinstalling the Nvidia graphics driver instead of just updating it? Also, when did you first notice this issue?

thank you! i did completely delete and re-install two drivers, the intel and the nvidia, along to your advice. and then it worked! until now, flickering is none. thanks! and, the time i saw this issue is the time past one or two week after purchasing. actually, i don't know specific time.
