I lost my 7.1 code so i registered my product and enabled 2fA and still no code pls help.

Do send me the serial number of your headset via PM, along with the email address connected to your Razer ID. I can use those to verify its model and check if you are eligible for code generation. Let's take it from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
