My son bought the acclaimed Razer Ripsaw HD from Amazon and followed the easy to use instructions but it appears to be anything but straightforward. He can get it to work on his computer but as soon as he connects to the TV it freezes on the computer and the TV says weak signal.
I’m disappointed by the lack of support, the serial number has apparently expired and therefore support is unavailable. We have reached out to Amazon and they say it’s faulty.
is there anything we are missing that we should be doing? Sorry for the basic description, but we are clueless….
