I recently tried to contact razor support about my issue with my battery swelling. I had bought this laptop in 2019 and was working very well. Its working fine but the battery for some reason has expanded. As usual i email support and send them all details like the battery and power readings etc. I have to say that i got a really unprofessional dealing with the support its been 3 days of back and forth emails. please check the last reply from then and tell me what i should do. After this i stopped sending email and i am looking at alternate ways to change the battery.

I told them we already lost my valuable time, because i want to travel soon and i cannot go with this swollen battery and i really need the laptop.
