Hello, i have problem with registration of the mouse i bought.
"Item serial number is unknown" this is messega i got while i try to register it.
Serial number: *Removed serial number from public view.
Product number: RZ01-01210100
And i am haveing problem with instalation of mouse drivers. I cannot update my device
Synapse is turned off.

Where did you purchase your Razer mouse? If you don't mind, can you send me a photo of the serial number of your mouse so I can check it for you? Also, does the mouse appear in the Device Manager? If so, let's try to uninstall your mouse driver from your system by following the steps on this link.
