Hey guys! You can try the steps
here and make sure the Synapse application is up to date. If that didn't help,
PM me the serial number of your headset so I can validate its model specifications and check for other workarounds to help you address the problem. I will lock this thread now to curb our conversation privately.

Hi, I have bought a cabled Kraken V3 Hypersense last year late November, and I uses it on my Razer Blade 17 which I purchased in September. I works great in all other ways, except for when it makes screeching noises randomly. It is most likely to make this noise when my laptop is underload, but it happens most frequently when I have a sound recording software open such as Discord, OBS, or even the windows sound settings. Here are the list of things I did to try to fix it:
-Reinstalling synapses (didn't keep the logs, sorry, willing to reinstall again tho)
-Reinstalling audio and usb drives
-Switching usb ports
-Unplugging the detachable mic
-Trying on a different computer (mac, did not crackle, but I also didn't open a sound recording software or test extensively, my Razer laptop never crackled before with audio jack headsets tho)
-Using a powered usb hub
-Attaching a ferrite bead to the cable
-Disabling exclusive mode, audio enhancements, and unused audio devices in windows sound settings
-Waiting for new windows update
Attached link have some samples I recorded using an external mic placed in the ear cups (the noises cannot be recorded from within the laptop.) I was playing a moderately intensive game while being on Discord at the same time; all the noises were captured within the span of an hour, occurring 5-10 minutes apart. I have not been able to find specific cases and noises like these anywhere else. If anyone can help fix this problem, it would be great, and I hope this may also be of help to anyone with the same problem.
I have the same crackling sound when i play cs:go please let me know how u fix it. I use a PC not a laptop and i have the same problem. This sound makes me gone crazy...
I have the same issue and tested my headset on a PC with no Razer Software and still does the same thing. I even had them replace the headset with a new one and same issue returned. I think its ether poor software design internal of the headset or poor build. I am so sad that this is so bad but at this point I can't return them and now wish I went with a different version of the headset if they can't resolve this. Same digital Noise as in the video above then today it did a CHIPMUNK noise that I had to disable the THX Spatial Audio to get rid of that noise. Razer Support please look into this. I am a heavy razer product owner and this is not your normal quality. Oh and to add mine occurs on all audio not any specific sources (Gaming, Streaming, YouTube, etc.)
I also share this same issue, I returned my previous V3 Hypersense and got a new one but the problem still continues to happen.
I have the same problem after I got this for a warranty replacement
