I'm in a bit of a predicament. Some time ago, the dongle for my headset broke and I've been unable to find any replacement parts on the Razer store. I've reached out to support multiple times, but all they suggest is to periodically check the store. It's been almost six months now and the dongle still hasn't appeared. This is becoming a serious problem. Customers shouldn't have to endure such a lengthy wait for a replacement without any assistance from the support team.
Is there anyone out there who can lend a hand?
