my nari ultimate don't want to turn on or to charge

everything is on the title, i tried to plug it on my switch with jack 3.5mm and it's work but when i want to turn it on it does nothing, when i plug it on usb windows does a sound so he recognise him but the led or synapse 3 don't recognise him or work. what can i do ? (i m french, i could be easier for me if we talk in french but i totally understand english) oh and he is relatively new, i have it since the 26/06/19
