Does the problem persists on multiple devices or PCs? Have you tried reinstalling the headset’s driver or hold the power button until it will power on to reset its connection? You can also update the firmware by following the steps here. Should the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and our options for a possible replacement. Thanks!
