Hello, i was wondering what i would be able to do in this situation. My Razer deathadder chroma has stopped working and i was hoping there is something that can be done i.e a replacement etc. Please let me know

Hi there, @dailyONYXOldLace481! Is the Razer DeathAdder Chroma mouse lit up when connected to the computer? Is the mouse cursor moving on the screen when trying to control the mouse?
when i plug in my Razer mouse, there is no response, like no colour appearing and no mouse movement, however if i mess around with the wires, Windows sometimes picks up an input, creating the sound of a device being inputted, but there is no sign that it is actually working
