Nari Essential not reacting for changes in Synapse

Hello, as in the topic. Anything i change (like equalizer) in Synapse is not working. When i set from default to music or custom absolutely nothing changes, sound is the same. I need to say it's not all the time, somethimes it works for a while but it keeps coming back. Anyone has a solution to this?

Hi there! Thanks for posting your Razer Nari Essential Chroma concern on our Support board. By the way, when did the issue start? Does the issue happen while it is connected via wired and wireless? Have you tried connecting the headset to a different USB port or another computer?

I've actually fixed it 🙂 I've just done a clean reinstall of Synapse by deleting all Razer files with Revo Uninstaller and then installing Synapse again. But I appreciate you wanting to help me.
I have the same issue with my Razer Tournament Edition. But actually it worked earlier, all the time since i bought it and i even had custom settings working well for games and sometimes i've been listening to music, so i've been changing a lot from music to custom, from custom to music and it worked well. But today i decided to change a little and play around with sound to get a better quality in games, because i wasn't totally satisfied. I've been changing sound levels for like about 10 minutes and at some moment there were no more changes. After reloading my pc, i tried to change it, but all was the same. I have impression, that sound setting are now at defaults. After this i tried to reinstall Synapse, totally disconnect all Razer products and delete drivers, reinstall them, but nothing helps. I don't know what to do, if somebody knows how i can fix it, i would really appreciate it a lot.
