Nari Ultimate Hypersense
I cannot feel any vibration while using it during gaming and music. I already set the Haptic intensity to 100 in razer synapse 3. Is there anything else I need to do the enable the hypersense?

Is this right out of the box? I'd try another Razer ID to test if the settings actually save. Other than that, I'd lean towards this being a hardware issue. Do send me a PM so with the serial number of your headset so we can look into other possible fixes.
