Need some help with drivers and surround sound
This morning my Razer Kraken X Lite came in and when I got it I plugged it in but nothing worked. My pc wouldn't recognize the headphones at all, I tried and tried again. I then decided to install the 7.1 surround sound to see if it will work after that. The 7.1 surround sound device installed, but not the actual headphones. I went onto device manager to find an unknown sound device, I updated the drivers on that by right clicking and updating, it updated into speakers but my headphones still did not work. What I did at that point was uninstall all the drivers that I just installed, including the unkown sound device and the 7.1 surround sound. When I opened up my pc I plugged my stuff in and it worked, but the thing is now when I try to use surround sound, since I deleted that driver it keeps saying switch to 7.1 surround sound and then put your actual headphones into this software, I can't switch to 7.1 surround because the 'device' is literally not showing up for me anymore. I reinstalled, restarted my pc, still won't show up. My headphones still work fine though. I really wanna surround up and running so I can go back to playing Valorant.
