No incoming call sound

Hi, I bought my first ever razer headphones yesterday. Razer Opus 2021. There is no ringing sound on the incoming call. It just stops the music and I can here my android phone ringing. I checked the app but there are no sound settings at all. Can I fix it in any way? Or should I try to exchange my headphones? Thank you
