Hello, I am trying to customize my Ornata v3 X keybaord in the chroma studio and I cannot select individual keys. Is this due to the model of the keybaord, or is it a setting that I need to turn off in order to ungroup the keys?
Any information (or solutions if it is a bug) is appreciated
I know I’m late, but my wife just got the keyboard you mentioned (Ornata v3 X) and I found it only has one zone of lighting. I figure you know this now, but for anyone else who stumbles upon this thread, that is why.
