Razer blackshark v2 pro Dongle

So i was playing a game and then i wanted to swtich my pc and i took out the dongle and the top piece came off and now my dongle is topless and when i try to put the piece back on it wont go back on and when i put the piece back on it and the actual usb it angeled in a way it shouldnt be. The dongle still works and i covered it in some electrical tape for now. I bought the headset for christmas and i was wondering what do i do. Do i contact support and get a RMA or what pls help me. :))
