For a long time, under Windows 11, computers often experience unpredictable and frequent lagging, independent of what programs are running or the level of system load. After some time of troubleshooting, I have attributed the problem to the AMD processor fTPM module that the computer is equipped with, and AMD confirmed the problem several months ago (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-410). AMD stated that it provided a BIOS update solution to the motherboard manufacturer in May. But RAZER has not responded or provided any updates. I also can't accept the solution of turning off TPM. In fact, Lenovo and other manufacturers have provided BIOS updates to fix the problem for the first time for the models affected by the issue. I am disappointed with the slow response from RAZER, especially since RAZER has not provided any BIOS updates for over a year since the release of the Blade 14 model. RAZER has in the past provided timely security updates (including TPM modules) for Intel processor powered models, and I thought RAZER had the ability to quickly address the issues involved, but did not do so. I need to know if RAZER is working on this issue, as well as providing more suggestions.
