I bought my razer blade 15 2019 advanced mode, 2070 maxq, mercury white several months ago. In daily use, the screen usually turns black (without backlight) suddenly during I am watching a video or website or anything. This issue happened about once a day. After turning black, the light of the keyboard and mouse still on, but you cannot wake up the screen by moving the mouse or clicking the keyboard. The only two ways for my situation are closing up the screen and re-open it so the screen will turn on again or press the power button to restart. This issue has bothered me for around 3 months. I followed the representative of online chat that updated all drive (intel graphic card, Nvidia graphic card, bios and so on). It does not help. I noticed if I plugged into an external monitor, it will not happen this kind of problem.
PLEASE HELP ME DEAL WITH THIS ISSUE. This kind of issue should not happen on a 2700 USD laptop.

Hi there! Can you share your power settings? Also, does this happen when plugged in or unplugged? Can you share a video of it?
Power setting:
Screen:
In Battery, after 3 minutes close
When plugged in, after 10 minutes close
Sleep:
In Battery, after 10 minutes, sleep
When plugged in, after 30 minutes, sleep
This situation happened both on battery and plugged in.
Here is a video of this situation (it usually happened in the first time I open the laptop in a day)

Krighton.
sounds like a sleep issue. Check your power settings / profile. Set the screen to turn off to "never" when plugged and to something 2 hours when on battery.
Simple fix.
Today it happens again, and I found when it turns black, the backlight is still on. I noticed there will be a screen flicker before it gonna be turn black.
