Well, my touch pad started arching up so I investigated by taking off the back of my laptop and found the battery to be swelling.
Attached is a photo of the problem battery. This laptop was bought in May of 2019. Should not be having this type of issue. Where does one source a quality replacement for this - this is not a quality battery. I've never had one do this before and I've owned Razor Laptops for awhile now.

I can see that the battery has certainly swollen. Considering the severity of this issue, I highly recommend that we send your device to our repair center for battery replacement. If you've contacted our Support Team, please let me know what your case number is. Otherwise, send me a PM with the serial number to validate the warranty status of your device.
