Its been a year and 3 months i bought Razer Blade pro RTX 2080 super max-Q. i have issue with right CTRL key where its green led not brightens up to its normal level, eg when i set it to yellow, it lit dark orange, and when i set to green its brightness is dim. whereas F1, 1 ,Q, A and left shift keys are lit automatically dim red even though i've turn off led. And because of these dim red led, the colour settings in synapse totally changes and its outmatching. i tried uninstalling synapse completely and re-installed again but its still the same.



please i need help.

The LED on the affected keys could be faulty already. Check if the issue happens while the Razer Synapse 3.0 is closed or disabled. Otherwise, the laptop needs to be sent for repair.
